Summer season (End of April until end of September)
Tennis Club Steinhausen has a total of 6 Swiss Court all-weather courts of the latest generation. The appearance and playing characteristics can hardly be distinguished from the traditional clay courts. It is possible for members of the Tennis Club Steinhausen to use all 6 courts and make the appropriate reservations.
Courts number 5 and number 6 are public courts available to the general public. Non-club members therefore have the opportunity of reserving courts number 5 and 6.
Anyone interested in playing tennis at Tennis Club Steinhausen must therefore make their reservation in advance via our online reservation platform Plugin. The payment of the reservation is made by credit card. Club members are able to do any reservation for free. Guests from Steinhausen pay CHF 20.00 per hour and guests from elsewhere CHF 30.00 per hour (juniors in either case CHF 10.00 per hour). If an adult play with a junior, the adult fees apply.
The tennis club reserves the right to use all courts at tournaments, interclub meetings, club evenings and other events.
How to book online:
Option 1: enter tcs.plugin.ch in the address bar of your browser
Option 2: Open www.tcsteinhausen.ch and click on the link Platzbelegung/Reservation (i.e. court occupancy/booking)
Log in with your username and password, choose the desired time and court and book it.
As a new user you need to register first in Plugin. For further information on the online reservation platform Plugin, please refer to the document Plugin Instructions below.
Winter season Air dome (Begin of October until end of April)
Tennis can also be played at Tennis Club Steinhausen during the Winter months due to the new air dome purchased in 2018. The courts 5 and 6 will be covered with an air dome in Winter. Both club members and non-club members have the opportunity to use these courts and can book courts online or book fixed courts for the entire season. The outdoor courts number 1 - 4 can still be used by club members during the Winter season as long as the weather permits.
Below are the prices for the use of the air dome for the past winter season 2020 / 2021.
